You can take the whole course with accreditation or just as a CPD option. You can also sign up for associated workshops. Suitable for anyone who is involved with managing relationships, from community volunteers to high-level managers to frontline staff.  This course is designed to help you build trust and co-operation between team members, understand group dynamics and  manage difficult conversations creatively and effectively.
